How to reach the person who makes Legends XI.
Last updated · 3 September 2026
1. There is one address, and this is it
It is the only Legends XI address, and it is for everything: bugs in the game, corrections to the catalogue, questions about the privacy policy, press, or anything else. There is no form, no chat, and no second address "for commercial enquiries".
2. What to write about
Anything is welcome, but four things are especially useful:
- Corrections to the catalogue. A player who does not belong to that squad, a season swapped, a wrong position, a misspelt name. Tell us where the error is and what should be there instead, and it gets fixed.
- Ratings that do not hold up. The ratings are editorial judgement and they are open to argument — but the argument needs evidence. Say what the player did in that competition and why it does not fit the rating he has.
- Bugs and problems in the game. A simulation that gets stuck, a button that does nothing, a page that will not open. Say what you were doing and what happened; if you can, which browser.
- Press, and rights holders. Questions about the project, interview requests, or any question about a name, a badge or a trademark that appears on the site.
3. What makes a report easier to act on
A bug report or a data correction gets sorted out much faster with a bit of context around it, and four things usually make the difference.
- Which competition and which mode you were in — the game engine behaves differently depending on the competition and the mode chosen.
- What you were doing, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened — the gap between those two is usually the bug itself.
- For a catalogue correction: the player's name, the season on the card, and what exactly is wrong with it.
- A screenshot helps whenever something visual is involved, but it is never required for a message to be useful.
Catalogue corrections, in particular, are the most useful mail this site gets — even when they look like a small detail.
4. What to expect from a reply
The person replying is a person, not a customer support desk. Legends XI is a personal project built in spare time: every message is read, and answered when there is time to answer properly. No deadline is promised, and promising one would be a lie.
There is no auto-reply, so if nothing comes back straight away it means the message has not been read yet — not that it was ignored.
5. If it is about your data
To find out what is stored about you, ask for a copy, correct something or delete your account, it is the same address. The privacy policy explains what data exists, why, and for how long.
